1961 கல்கி தீபாவளி மலரில் ஓவியத்துடன் வந்த கவிதை. பிறகு 'சிவாஜி' இதழில் 62-இல் வந்தது.

இந்தக் கடிதங்களைத் தமிழில் மொழிபெயர்த்தவர் எஸ்.நீலமேகம் ( இசை விமர்சகர் “ நீலம்”, சுதேசமித்திரனில் உதவி ஆசிரியராகவும் இருந்தார் ) . நூலாக முதலில் தமிழ்ப் பண்ணையும், பின்னர் கலைமகளும் வெளியிட்டன.
