Didn't know a magazine called Sivaji existed. So manybof those days' mags have become defunct. Only mags like AV, Kalki, Kumudam, Kalaimagal have survived from that era. What about Manjari, I wonder.
Manjari , Amudhasurabi ...still are there. Here's an article from Manjari (2003) :
